Mr. Liu Weiwu, a master’s degree holder. Mr. Liu is a director of the finance (property) department of China Merchants Group Limited. Mr. Liu was the head of treasury division of financial department of Guangzhou Ocean Shipping Company, the manager of financial department of Hong Kong Mingwah Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu has been the deputy general manager of financial department of China Merchants Group Limited from August 2004 to February 2009. Mr. Liu had successively been the director, the chief financial officer and the deputy general manager of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd.* since February 2009. Mr. Liu was an executive director of China Merchants Port Holding Co., Ltd. from March 2021 to December 2022. Mr. Liu has been the independent non-executive Director of the Company since June 2018.
